ReCharge subscription

If you are using ReCharge subscription for Shopify/Shopify Plus store, you can easily connect it with Richpanel to access customer’s ReCharge Payments profile, subscription status, payment history, next charge date, subscribed products, and other useful subscription data right inside Richpanel helpdesk.

Here’s how to connect ReCharge:

1. In your Richpanel dashboard, go to the Settings menu and then Your Integrations

2. Select the store connection and you will see all the available integrations for your store. Click on the ReCharge app to connect.

Once you have successfully connected ReCharge you will be able to:

i) See the customer’s subscription info like subscription status, payment history, next charge date, subscribed products, and other useful subscription data right inside the Richpanel dashboard.

ii) Use the subscription information as customer properties in responses and Power replies.
