Timeline is a place where you’ll be able to visualize your customer’s journey.

All your customer activities including sessions, orders and conversations will be visible here. On the right, you’ll also see the device where this action took place and the time it took place.

You can filter the timeline by type of events and click a specific session to expand and see detailed events inside the session.
