Enabling and disabling live chat

No matter where your customers are – you can provide them real time support using the Richpanel live chat.

To enable the messenger on your applications, you need to connect your ecommerce store to Richpanel. To know more about connecting your ecommerce store to Richpanel click here.

Once the data source is successfully linked to Richpanel, by default the live chat messenger will go live for your website.

To temporarily disable the widget you can follow these steps:

  • Go to Service cloud
  • Under ‘Channel’ there will be an option of Chat. Clicking will open showcase all chat options with a toggle switch to disable it
  • Once disabled the widget will go off from your website

You can re-enable it anytime by switching the toggle back on.
