Conversation status

For ease of management of multiple customer conversations, Richpanel gives each conversation a status. By default there are three status:

Open: means an ongoing conversation.

Pending: means still to be addressed.

Closed: means query has been resolved and conversation closed. 

You can filter conversations based on these status when filtering them.

You can also create your own Status simply by navigating to ‘Conversation’ menu under ‘Settings’ tab.
