To create conversation tags:
- Go to Service cloud and under Configuration select Conversation Tags. Alternatively, you can find this option under settings as well.
- Then you will be navigated to the respective window and will find an option to ‘Add Tags’
- Once created you will be able to view it
You can add as many tags as you like. To know how to use these tags read our article on Custom tags.
To edit and delete these tags, you will find an ‘edit’ icon and ‘delete’ icon adjacent to each tag.
