Customer profiles and CRM

Once you have imported historical data or Richpanel pixel has started collecting customer data, you can navigate over to the customer section by clicking Customers-> Customers from the main navigation.

Customer profiles contain three tabs or sections – Profile, Timeline and Conversations.

The Profile is the most detailed section and thus has multiple subsections within. You can view vital customer stats like lifetime value, average time between orders and on the stats page. You can also navigate to other sections to see customer’s recent orders and their status and customer properties.

The Timeline is a place where you can visualize customer’s journey. Richpanel covers minute details about the customer from website sessions, notes, orders and tickets here.

The Conversations is part of the Richpanel help desk product. Your agents can use this section to initiate or respond to customer chats.
