Explore Dashboard

The Richpanel dashboard gives a quick overview of your most important data.

The Dashboard highlights your most important eCommerce performance indicators for the selected period (last 30 days by default).

Customer Metrics

This the RFM analysis for your business. RFM stands for Recency, Frequency and Monetary.

  • Average Customer Lifetime Value
  • Average Order Value with comparison to previous period
  • Average time between orders
  • Number of orders/customer

  • Conversion Rate

    Overall conversion rate and rates across devices.

    Retention

    Revenues from new vs returning customers.

    Product report

    Top performing products by views and revenues for the selected period.
