Set up support channels

You can choose to support your customers across various channels. Richpanel will create a unified view of conversations across channels in one place. This way your agents don’t have to switch to different apps to respond to customer queries.

  • Add one or more email addresses that Richpanel will use to receive and send messages. Learn more in our article on configuring email accounts.
