Manage a conversation

Richpanel’s simple and intuitive platform lets you manage your customer queries in the quickest and easiest way letting helping your agents solve maximum queries in the minimum possible time.  

  • Open the ‘Conversations’ tab
  • Click on the customer query.
  • Start answering the query from the reply box. That’s it!

Since all chats and emails can be accessed in a single screen, your agent need not toggle between multiple tabs to resolve queries.
