View incoming chats and emails

Once you land on the conversation screen/Dashboard you will be able to view all the customer queries as well as live incoming chats on the left hand side on the screen. You can also view your customer support emails on Richpanel simply by integrating your custom domain e:g support@yourdomain.com with Richpanel. To know how to add your custom domain click here.
