For each customer conversation, there is an option to assign tags to it. These tags help to segregate conversations which further helps in managing and prioritizing them.
Richpanel offers its clients the flexibility to create its own tags to filter conversations at a later date and view reports at a tag level. Click here to know to how to create Conversation tags
To assign tags simply select a conversation and click on the ‘Assign’ option at the top of the conversation window to add single or multiple tags to it.
