Creating and using canned responses

Creating canned responses would just take a couple of minutes on Richpanel. Here are the steps:

  • Click on a customer conversation
  • In the reply box, select ‘Macros’ icon as shown below:
  • Select ‘Create’ option
  • Name the canned response e:g Greet customer
  • Add the reply e:g ‘Hi, How are you doing today?’ You can also add Customer Name or Order Status by clicking on ‘ Add Property’ which will fetch the data of the customer from your ecommerce {Shopify/Woocommerce/Magento} platform which can help you personalize the response
  • Save the Macro.

Use canned responses

To use canned responses in a conversation, just click on the Macros icon in the response area and search or select the macro you would like to use. As simple as that.
