Richpanel also gives an option to Filter conversations so that an agent can prioritize queries and accordingly resolve them. To filter and sort:
- Click on the ‘Conversations’ tab
- On the left panel,select the ‘Filter’ Icon and select the option that most appropriate for you
- Similarly to sort, Select the ‘Sort’ icon and select the most appropriate sorting
Each customer conversation can be assigned to any of your registered team member on Richpanel.
