Replying to messages

How to respond to queries:

When you reply to a conversation, it automatically goes to the channel from which the customer has sent the message.

For example, if the customer has sent the message from Email, you will reply to them on email only. 

On the reply box, you will be able to see on which channel you are replying as shown below.

If you want to send a message on a different channel, you can send it from the customer’s profile.
