If you have connected your support email account with Richpanel, all the emails received in your support email inbox will automatically come to Richpanel inbox.
To see only the customers emails in Richpanel, you can restrict the unwanted marketing/promotional/transaction emails from spamming your Richpanel inbox.
- Blacklisting specific emails →
- Select the conversation from the inbox.
- Click on three dots.
- Click ‘🛇 Blacklist’ button.

To trash Auto-responders emails, Role-based email and marketing emails.
You can also add specific email ids or domains which you want to block.
