Filtering emails

If you have connected your support email account with Richpanel, all the emails received in your support email inbox will automatically come to Richpanel inbox. 

To see only the customers emails in Richpanel, you can restrict the unwanted marketing/promotional/transaction emails from spamming your Richpanel inbox.

Here’s how to enable the filters:

1. Go to the menu Helpdesk and then Message Filtering.

2.  We have some pre-built filters. Turn on these options on to filter

Automated emails, Role-based email and Subscription emails

You can also add specific email ids or domains which you want to block.
